This monthly workshop begins with a brief general check in regarding the specific needs of the participants, what is challenging for them when doing other exercise or getting around in life. The body of the class is an hour long spine focused gentle class including movements for the head, neck, ribcage and rib-spine, and the 3 curves of the lower back. Goals may include increasing and balancing mobility, stability, strength and coordination, moving while feeling more comfortable in the body....
