Enhance overall health and wellness by participating in Qigong and a Sound Bath. Qigong incorporates slow physical movements originally practiced by ancient, indigenous peoples of China as traditional medicine. A Sound Bath features a variety of relaxing sounds designed to reduce stress while enhancing wellbeing and a sense of calm. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one available. A limited number of mats will be available. Eye masks will also be provided.

Living with dementia can be overwhelming, and understanding the challenges faced by individuals with cognitive impairments is essential for providing better support and care. Dementia Live is a simulation experience designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of what it's like to live with dementia, offering a new perspective on the sensory and cognitive changes involved. This program is presented by AgeWays Nonprofit Senior Services.
