A Reluctant Cook Shares Tips on Preparing Plant-based Meals

In this presentation, Joan Davis, RN, MS will share tips on how to cook healthier and faster, including how to be a plant-based cook without spending all your time in the kitchen. Other tips include how to cook simple meals with a few basic recipes you can modify for breakfast, lunch and dinner; how to organize a “salad bar” in your refrigerator; and how to create grain and veggie bowls. Samples will be provided.
