Perfect for beginners but leaves lots of room to incorporate more challenging poses for advanced yogis. Classes are led by certified Yoga instructor Lynn Shepherd. A 60-minute class that incorporates conscious breathwork along with a sequence of dynamic and energetic poses designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance in the body, mind and spirit. The teacher will provide modifications of the different poses to meet the varying skills among the students in the class. Props will be provided but please bring your own mat.
